There was some traffic on the junction so we had a little wait for us to be seen, but I can honestly it was worth the wait. The gent that recovered us was so helpful, literally felt like he would do anything he could to help us, nothing was a problem. He fixed the issue and chatted with us whilst he looked the car over. He advised us on how to reenter the motorway and watched us rejoin to check we were safe. Honestly was a fantastic service! Can't thank him enough!
